Daryl Palumbo, c’est un peu le mec qui se rend sur un site de news et qui ne peut pas s’empêcher de lire les suggestions d’articles et se rend compte qu’il a niqué 2 heures en faisant ça. Alors si certains fantasment sur un nouveau Glassjaw, ou encore une participation ferme au groupe Hxc United Nations OU ENCORE un troisième Head Automatica. Bah non, le mec te sort un autre projet appelé Color Film dont voici un nouvel extrait « 52 Minds ». Contre-pied parfait dans la lucarne des fans.
Il y travaille avec Richard Penzone (ex-Men, Women & Children) et le tout est signé chez Epitaph pour une sorti prévue le 16 Juin et un LP nommé « Living Arrangements ».
PS : Ha oui, un « nouvel extrait » parce que je vous rappelle qu’il y avait un premier single bieeeeeen plus flippant en mode arty.

“[We] started playing around and we came up with a million weird ideas that both of us had and instantly started working on music that we wanted to record. The two of us probably share more interests than anyone else I’ve ever met in my life and there are all these wild, arty records that we both love so it only made sense for us to sit down and try to channel that into something new.”
Palumbo continued:
“There’s the pop thing, a lot of synthesizer sounds, sampled instruments and smooth bass and I feel so lucky that we’re in a place where we can write this type of music. The two of us will listen to some of these songs we wrote and get introspective and I’ll admit it, it feels awesome.”
